Mere farm is a 1.1-acre site that was originally an office block. TES Electrical Solutions were contacted to support the conversion of the site into 18 one-bed apartments with allocated parking.
Over the course of the project works, as we were installing all welfare/sleeping huts, there was ongoing consultation with local power suppliers.
Following this collaboratively power planning, TES Electrical Solutions installed these elements for each individual apartment:
Post-electrical installations, TES Electrical Solutions also installed all heating and sanitary wear, as well as connecting the mains water and gas to each flat.
For the final stages of the works, each installation element was tested, commissioned and certificated for final sign off, concluding another successful project for the our team.
